1.Where Is Your Factory Located? How can I Visit There?

Located in Shanghai,China.We can arrange car pick up you to our company its only cost 20 minutes by car to the Pudong International airport .

2. How soon can I get a price quote?

once we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a 
price quote within 24 hours.

 3. How long will it take to receive my products?

Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks to produce your custom designed and printed products.

 4. Can I have a custom packaging box?

Sure,We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs .

 5. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight,MOQ is 500 pcs. Recommend to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce unit price and shipping cost.

 6. Can I get a sample?

Yes, on some stock items. Certain items are excluded from our sample program. Samples based on your artwork and packaging need, are available
, but will include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs. The sample making usually takes a week.

7.  Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?

We sell over 7,000 different types of cardboard packaging and are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently
sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact packaging or shipping product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request and we
will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.

 8. Do you have a price catalog?

We are a professional paper and corrugated printed packaging manufacturer. All of our packaging products are custom made as per your request
and artwork. We do not have a price catalog.

and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

 12. What is your terms of delivery?

 We accept FOB, CIF,EXW etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
